Braces oral hygiene at mar orthodontics

Proper oral hygiene is an important foundation for the success of your orthodontic journey. Mar Orthodontics offers an in-office oral hygiene educational program that involves 1) teaching patients about braces oral hygiene, 2) motivating patients and 3) monitoring their progress.


In addition our Braces Oral Hygiene How-To Video Series is available to our patients (or anyone else with braces) as a reference for them to use throughout their orthodontic treatment. 


Braces oral hygiene consists of three key components: 1) brushing, 2) flossing & 3) eating. We invite you to view the below videos to learn everything you need to know about brushing with braces, flossing with braces and eating with braces. 

Brushing with braces
