consultation option 2 – exam & preliminary diagnosis

This consultation option includes an oral exam with your orthodontist and treatment coordinator to reach a preliminary diagnosis. Patients (and guardians if applicable) receive an explanation of the orthodontic process, a tour of our office, and are shown the orthodontic technologies that we use. Any questions, concerns or anxieties are also addressed.

The exam fee is $75 for a child or adolescent (under 18 years of age) and $90 for an adult (over 18 years of age).

consultation option 3 – full consultation

This consultation option is meant for someone who is ready to get started with orthodontic treatment as soon as possible.

It includes an oral exam with your orthodontist and treatment coordinator and diagnostic records (facial and dental photographs, digital dental x-rays and digital dental impressions). Your orthodontist will then review these records and diagnostics, make a final diagnosis, review your treatment options with you (and related costs and financing options) and recommend a treatment plan. We also schedule your treatment start date!

The exam fee is $75 for a child or adolescent (under 18 years of age) and $90 for an adult (over 18 years of age). The diagnostic records fee is $390.
